SHIPPING AND PACKAGING POLICY
Zeya offers FREE shipping on every product to its customers residing within India through our tie ups with the top most logistics companies like BVC Logistics. We work with the best and reputed courier partners to ensure optimum safety and a hassle free online shopping experience, all our shipments are insured till it reaches your doorstep.
The time indicated against made-to-order and pre-order products is the dispatch time calculated in working days depending on type (domestic or international) and location, excluding weekends and public holidays. All our products are specially packaged in travel-safe, tamper-proof packing and utmost care is taken at every stage to ensure that the product reaches your hands in perfect condition. We request our customers to thoroughly check the parcel before signing any receipt. If you accept a damaged product, you cannot dispute and/or make claim about the quality, quantity and/or any other aspect of the product, once the receipt is signed by you. We urge you to prepare a video of the unboxing of your shipment for security purposes.
We offer FREE shipping on every order pan India. Your order will be immediately processed to be shipped to you fully insured after it is dispatched. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
For customers within India, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via BVC Logistics.
Your Order can be delivered to only Residential and Commercial locations as the delivery of the orders cannot be made to any public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels or nearby streets etc. Also the Courier Company will make three (3) attempts to deliver the product in case the recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery after which the shipment will be returned to our office.

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive Zeya gift packing. So whether you order a gift to give to your loved ones personally, or want us to deliver it, the recipient is sure to be impressed.
To send a free gift message with your gift, look for the Gift message text box in the shopping bag/cart page. Your personal message will be printed on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift.
