We are fully committed to ensure that you are 100% confident and satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any problem with the product(s), you can choose to return it back and claim refund within the policy time frame. The policy is applicable for orders delivered within India only.

For product(s) purchased online through zeya.co.in, return and refund shall be entertained through our website or at any other Zeya store.


We offer thirty (30) days return policy from the date of delivery of the product.

Return and Refund Policy

We will dispatch the return kit with each and every order so that the customer can repack their respective returned product. Please refer to the following instructions for return packaging:

  1. Step 1: Pack the product securely using the extra packing material found along with your order and not in the packaging in which your order was packed and sent.
  2. Step 2: Use the seal already provided along with the shipment and not any other tapes to wrap the order.
  3. Step 3: Ensure that your shipment is sealed and packed before handing it to courier agent.
  4. Step 4: Kindly record a video while packing and sealing the shipment for our reference and safety.

For Gold/Studded Jewellery – 100% refund of the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time if requested within thirty (30) days.

Kindly note that your refund will be initiated within five (5) days after our warehouse physically receives your returned product.

The Refund of orders that are paid via digital wallets like MyGoldKart or online vouchers or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account and instead a coupon will be issued to you that can be used for future purchases.

Condition of the product

The product(s) to be returned by you should be in new condition as damaged or worn-out product(s) will not be accepted under the Return and Refund Policy. The returned product shall be inspected thoroughly on its receipt, so please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before you place your return request:

  1. The product shall be in unused and original condition along with the labels and tags intact, in original packaging;
  2. You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of thirty (30) days;
  3. You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
  4. The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards, certificate and other documentation;
  5. The product will not be accepted under this Policy if Tag of “Non-Returnable if Torn” is removed.

Conditions for the Policy

Items that have been reworked by third party jeweller, customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.

The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing the Return under the Return and Refund Policy. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by you.

If the returned product is damaged then we will evaluate the refund cost on the basis of the product. If the customer wants to return the product post thirty (30) days then it goes under the Lifetime Buy Back Policy. Refer to our Lifetime Buy Back Policy to know more.

Our products are also available at marketplaces like Amazon.in, Ajio.com and Flipkart.com. Our products sold at these websites are governed by the policies of these respective websites and any Return/Exchange related requests in such cases will have to be routed through them. Zeya will not be able to directly process Returns and Refund in such cases.

Procedure for availing this Policy

You may return your order(s) basis the above mentioned conditions are fulfilled and we shall refund the 100% of the full amount of the order value that was paid by you while making the purchase if the return request is raised within thirty (30) days. Here is how to request your return order:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account
  2. Select the appropriate order from Recent Orders
  3. Click on ‘Return Order’ for the items you want to return, individually
  4. Select the reason and confirm the return request

Secure your product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc. Once the above mentioned steps are followed by you and the secured envelope is ready, we will arrange for a pick up via our courier agent and no extra charges for the pick-up have to be incurred by you at the time of the pick-up. Please ensure that the packets are packed before handing it over to our representative who comes to collect the product. Upon a quick quality check of the received product at our end, our Customer Care team would coordinate with you and process the refund.
