Zeya offers FREE services for Lifetime on every product to its customers

Lifetime Jewellery Cleaning Service

1. We will refinish your jewellery with no extra cost. Give a new shine to your jewellery.
2. Minor repairs will be done free of charge when we receive your product for cleaning.
3. This service is only applicable on jewellery by Zeya by Kundan.
4. The service will take ten (10) working days upon receipt of your product.
5. For major repairs, the options will be first discussed with you and accordingly, the extra charges will be estimated and intimated to you.
6. Your request shall be processed within five (5) days after you have written to us about your requirement at info@zeya.co.in.
7. You shall be solely responsible for shipping your product to us & further collection of your product after the repair.

Lifetime Stone Repair Service

1. If any stones fallout from your jewellery piece will do the stone replacement for your lifetime at free of cost.
2. Minor repairs will be done free of charge when your product arrives.
3. This service is only applicable on jewellery by Zeya by Kundan.
4. The service will take ten (10) working days upon receipt of your product.
5. For major repairs, the options will be first discussed with you and accordingly, the extra charges will be estimated and intimated to you.
