We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise, we offer a flexible and easy exchange. This Policy gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying our jewellery. In case you have issues with the products(s), you can choose to exchange it within thirty (30) days of the delivery of the product.

In the event you receive a damaged/ defective article or an article that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with our customer service team.

Exchange of the purchased product will only be entertained through our website portal. This policy is applicable for order(s) delivered within India and we will send you the exchanged product at no extra cost if the gross weight exchange of the exchanged product when compared with the new product remains 100%.


  1. You shall inform about the exchange of the product to us within a period of thirty (30) days.
  2. All items must have the original security tag and label and shall be returned in unused and original condition along with the labels and tags intact, in original packaging, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards, certificate and other documentation.
  3. Any delivered item showing signs of wear and tear or use, altered, resized or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for exchange.
  4. If the customer wants to exchange the product after 30 days then it will go under Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  5. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as voucher for future purchase.
  6. One order can be exchanged only once, after that it will go under Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  7. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.
  8. If you wish to exchange the product, you will have to return the free gift as well.

Steps for availing this Policy:

You may exchange your product(s) basis the above mentioned conditions are fulfilled and we shall exchange your order. Here is how to request your exchange order:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account.
  2. Select the appropriate order from Recent Orders.
  3. Click on ‘Exchange Order’ for the items you want to exchange, individually.
  4. Select the reason and confirm the exchange request.

Lifetime Exchange policy:

In case you have a change of heart and wish to return the product to us after the expiry of Returns and Refund Policy, we’ll happily exchange it for you under our Exchange Policy or offer you a refund under our Returns and Refund Policy on the basis of the policy detailed therein. Below are the terms and conditions to be followed if you wish to exchange the product after 30 days of delivery:

  1. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to Zeya premises. Zeya can help customers in connecting with reputed courier partners for the shipping purposes.
  2. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange/buyback.
  3. The prevailing market value of your product will be determined by Zeya by Kundan. An indicative valuation will be provided based on the product provided by the customer for exchange, however, the final valuation might be subject to change as per quality check, completed only after the product is received and tested by us.
  4. Making charges & taxes will not be adjusted.
  5. Any item that shows sign of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing or mishandling leading to reduction in metal weight as mentioned in the invoice shall be reduced from the final weight of metal in valuation. We reserve the right to change the Exchange amount of the product(s).
  6. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by any other store other than Zeya shall not be accepted for exchange.

To exchange your order, kindly place your exchange request and please keep the package ready and include the original invoices etc. before our representative comes to collect it. However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified Exchange Requests made by the Customer, the Company reserves the right to take all action available under law, including black-listing or blocking the Customer from using the Services on the Platform.
